By purchasing from our website (amgpartsuae.com), the buyer acknowledges and fully agrees to the following Return, Refund, Warranty, and Liability Terms.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The automotive part must be returned in the exact same condition as it was supplied.
• The item must not be installed, modified, disassembled, programmed, coded, repaired, or altered in any way.
• All original labels, security markings, seals, and packaging must remain completely intact.
• A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Note: Any item returned damaged, incomplete, altered, or improperly packaged may be rejected or subjected to a partial refund at the sole discretion of AMG Parts UAE.

2. Strict Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sensitive technical nature of modern vehicle components, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Electrical parts and electronic modules
• Engine Control Units (ECUs, DMEs, PCMs, TCMs, BCMs, FEMs, CAS modules)
• Radar and safety sensors
• Signal Acquisition Modules (SAM) and control units
• Software-programmed or coded items
• Special-order, clearance, or liquidation items
• Any item that has been plugged in, installed, coded, tested, modified, or used by the buyer or their mechanic.

3. Return Shipping & Customs Responsibility

As we offer worldwide shipping, the buyer is solely responsible for all costs associated with returning an item. This includes:

• Return shipping and handling costs
• Export fees and import duties
• Customs charges, VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar taxes
• Brokerage, warehousing, or storage fees
• Any additional charges imposed by international carriers or customs authorities.

All approved returns must be sent directly to our designated warehouse address in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

4. Original Shipping Charges

Please note that original shipping charges, handling fees, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other related expenses are strictly non-refundable. Where applicable, AMG Parts UAE reserves the right to deduct such out-of-pocket costs from any final refund amount.

5. Inspection & Refund Approval

All returned items are subject to a rigorous technical inspection upon receipt at our facility. AMG Parts UAE reserves the right to:

• Reject any return that fails to meet the strict conditions of this policy.
• Deduct the cost of missing components, damaged packaging, repairs, cleaning, testing, handling, or restocking.
• Issue a partial refund if the returned auto part is not received in its original, saleable condition.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

6. No Liability for Installation or Related Costs

AMG Parts UAE is a supplier of genuine automotive parts only. Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for any third-party expenses, including but not limited to:

• Garage, mechanic, or labor charges
• Installation, removal, or diagnostic fees
• Programming, coding, or adaptation costs
• Vehicle recovery, towing expenses, or rental vehicle costs
• Loss of earnings, loss of vehicle use, or any consequential/indirect damages.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for verifying part compatibility (via VIN) before purchase and installation.

7. Used Parts Disclaimer

Unless specifically stated otherwise as brand new, all parts sold are tested, used automotive parts. Normal wear, cosmetic marks, scratches, and age-related deterioration may be present. Buyers acknowledge that installing used electronic modules may require additional maintenance, professional programming, adaptation, or dealer-level calibration.

8. Buyer Agreement

By placing an order on our website, the buyer confirms that they have read, completely understood, and agreed to:

• All shipping, customs, and tax obligations applicable in their destination country.
